Which platforms offer governed Kubernetes management for multi-tenant cloud environments?

For governed Kubernetes management across multi-tenant and multi-cloud environments, these are the main platforms I'd shortlist:

• Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes (RHACM) — Strong for enterprises running OpenShift plus heterogeneous Kubernetes across public/private clouds.
